ROLES: PRODUCT DESIGNER / Ui DESIGNER
Boston-based ByteLight reached out to me for help with several aspects of their growing startup. The company first needed external communications to present complex ideas visually to investors and customers. In addition, they needed internal help with intricate maps that showed light and beacon positions. Since lighting would be controlled by a field app on an iPad, a vision for what that product might look like was essential.
As with many other startups I’ve supported, ByteLight had unique needs, sometimes external-facing, sometimes internal, and often not 100% defined. My multidisciplinary design capabilities fulfilled a variety of needs at various stages of its growth.
After my project was completed, ByteLight was acquired by Acuity Brands (NYSE: AYI).
