When employee incentive site ReviewBuzz ran into problems with their product, I was brought in to streamline the user experience. This, despite the company already having designers on staff. An audit of the site helped me identify friction points that affected bounce rates. After some thoughtful examination and problem solving, I laid out wireframes improving the flow of the web app and mobile version.
Next, I developed color comps to show how the actual product should look. I reduced the amount of clicks and inputs by about 30-40% – which led to increased submissions. All that was left was for the ReviewBuzz sales team to onboard businesses into the program.
