For an organization that was founded in the 19th century, the YMCA faced challenges when it came to updating their brand image and reaching out to new customers. But, with its revamped identity, it was ready to capture their audience on mobile. We designed a plethora of mobile ad creative with YMCA-provided imagery, bright colors and in a format that fit the mobile consumer on the go.

Rich media mobile campaigns added extra functionality, such as saving an iOS coupon to Apple Wallet, a multi-location finder with map, and a standard expandable with tap zones. In addition, we created email blast graphics and a direct mail piece consistent with the creative. Mobile campaigns helped YMCA find new customers, while engaged users were rewarded with waived joiner fees.
